1. 우리는 누군가를 이해하기 전에 먼저 감각한다. 체온, 숨의 리듬, 시선의 미세한 흔들림, 설명되지 않는 끌림.

언어보다 먼저 존재했던 이러한 감각들은 인간을 서로에게 향하게 만들고, 때로는 하나의 질서처럼 두 존재를 맞물리게 한다.

2. 이 영상은 서로를 향해 움직이는 두 신체를 통해 관계의 형성과 소멸을 엔트로피의 개념으로 바라본다. 화면 속 존재들은 끊임없이 가까워지지만 완전히 고정된 형태로 머물지 못한다. 연결과 붕괴는 동시에 발생하고, 형상은 생성되는 순간 다시 해체된다.

3. 작품 속 움직임은 단순한 접촉이 아니라 기억 이전의 기억, 본능에 가까운 감각에 대한 기록이다. 두 존재는 서로에게 의미를 부여하려 하지만, 그 의미는 영원이 되기 직전 가장 연약한 상태로 흔들린다.

4. 반복되는 신체의 변형과 붕괴는 디지털 이미지의 불안정성을 드러내는 동시에 인간 관계의 본질을 암시한다. 우리는 서로를 붙잡으려 하지만 모든 감정과 기억은 결국 흐려지고 소멸한다. 그럼에도 인간은 끊임없이 타인에게 다가가고 다시 접촉하려 한다. 이 작품은 그 불완전하고 덧없는 움직임 자체를 하나의 존재 방식으로 바라본다.

Before we understand someone, we first sense them.

Body heat, the rhythm of breath, the subtle tremor of a gaze, an inexplicable attraction.

These sensations, which existed before language, draw human beings toward one another and at times interlock two presences like a single order.

This video observes the formation and dissolution of relationships through the concept of entropy, using two bodies moving toward each other. The figures on screen continuously approach one another, yet they are unable to remain in a completely fixed form. Connection and collapse occur simultaneously, and each form begins to disintegrate the moment it is created.

The movements within the work are not merely acts of contact, but traces of a memory before memory itself — sensations closer to instinct. The two beings attempt to assign meaning to one another, yet that meaning trembles in its most fragile state just before becoming eternal.

The repeated transformation and collapse of the bodies reveal the instability of digital imagery while simultaneously suggesting the nature of human relationships. We try to hold onto one another, yet every emotion and memory inevitably fades and dissolves. Even so, humans continue to move toward others and seek contact again. This work regards that imperfect and fleeting movement itself as a mode of existence.
